We have stayed at 2 nights with 6 year old and 3 year old child. Building is simple and pool was large, room size is enough rooms and goof view from room. Many European customers, and Asians also. Closed to the beach but not suited to swim as waves were too high. About 20 minutes by taxi to get Patong, and about 30 minutes from airport with 650 baht (metered taxi). Kids enjoyed the stay as there are many activities for kids during whole week.

It was a trip with 8-year-old, 4-year-old and 1-year-old children. Breakfast is free for the kids under 12 years old, and also have free kids menu for the dinner when 2 adults order the meal. Daily events for the kids. In the swimming pool, our kids played with small sliders. we stayed at smallest type room but it was enough for us. We will stay “baby Studio room” next time because that room type faces pool and convenient if you have small kids. Beach is really closed and sunset was beautiful. One disappointing thing, room smells bad a little bit especially around bathroom area.

I think this is very friendly hotel if you stay with small kids. However, road around property is too dark at night time, so need to be careful if you walk around. Car parking is limited, so might be a little bit inconvenience if you visit by your own car.

Have a lot of kids activities, so children could enjoy a lot. Swimming pools are child-friendly and room with pool access is very comfortable to enjoy there.

Our stay with 5-year-old and 1-year-old was satisfied and hotel is really family-friendly. There are many pools, beach is just around the corner of property. Our kids are very happy to play in Kids club. You can join paid programs (300 baht) if you want. Babysitter service is also available at 300 baht per hour. Shows are held daily, children enjoyed clown show. Massage serivce in house is just same price with the shop outside. Almost customers are from Europe, we didn’t see Asians this time. The only one thing hotel needs to improve is about Wifi connection. They must provide it in good quality as many customers love to use iPad or Kindle to use during their stay.

Family-friendly hotel, very comfortable to stay with small kids. There are Children’s show and dancing….kids will not be bored. It’s very convenient that Kids can use coloring book at kids area during waiting for the meal in restaurant. The disappointing things are, no bathtub in the room. It’s really good if we could have after swimming to warm kids body. And breakfast starts from 7:00am. It means that we don’t have a chance to have breakfast if you join any tours which pick up time is before 7:00am. We asked to have some breads when we ride on the car on 7:00am but hotel staffs refused it. You should ask breakfast box if you departure early morning (but not sure if hotel can provide it…). It was very disappointing at the end when I left this hotel, however, we could spend good time until then. Maybe because of seasonal reason, we couldn’t swim at the beach due to High waves, and almost cloudy days. Anyway, children enjoyed a lot.

Though I saw the reviews which says almost customers are from Europe and America, most groups were Chinese and Korean tourists. It was nightmare for our family because they were so noisy every evening at the swimming pool. Their party continues until midnight and making sounds. We couldn’t sleep well under stress. This hotel was recommended for the family with infant, however, so disappointed for everything. At the breakfast, Pad Thai was very delicious. Hotel staff packed breakfast meals into their lunch box. It was really bad to see that. My 4-year-old son was injured 2 times in the swimming pool. Cut the toes in foreign inward of the tiles by the pool. He cried and began to fear the pool. Hotel staff was helpful on that treatment.

About 40 minutes from Phuket Airport. Easy to access if you rent a car. Staff speaks English, so no problem to communicate. In the room, there are simple kitchen, refrigerator, cups and dishes. Enough facilities for easy cooking. There are lots of pools kids can enjoy. Phuket fantsea is just 10 minutes walk from property.
